White Oak Technology Group is founded as “ComeToBuy, Inc.”, a virtual company focused on building e-commerce websites. The company originates the “Zero New Cost” marketing model to allow mail order companies to establish an e-commerce presence without having to risk money on the “unproven” Internet.
As the Internet grows in popularity and use, White Oak Technology Group begins developing informational and marketing content websites in addition to e-commerce websites. The company shortens its working name from “ComeToBuy, Inc.” to “CTB” as the result of this extended focus on broader website development.
White Oak Technology Group grows quickly and moves into its first office on 7 Westport Court in Bloomington, IL.
White Oak Technology Group continues to grow and moves into its current office at 3006 Gill Street in Bloomington, IL.
White Oak Technology Group expands into web application and database development and becomes a Microsoft Certified Partner.
White Oak Technology Group acquires Integrity Schools, Inc., a data integration, warehousing, and reporting development company serving K-12 public school districts across the country.
